LBPQ series washing lines
High productivity washing lines produced by Boke Makinery China.
The lines can be configured left-right or right-left and are composed of seven modules as follows:
- washing machine with input and output conveyors,
- conveyor for applying wands,
- press input conveyor,
- automatic gas-filled press and
- press exit conveyor
They are available in 2,000 mm or 2,500 mm working height variants.

ZDJ-V series sealing robots
Description
Sealing robots for the application of secondary sealing of rectangular insulating glass units.
Structurally, the robot is composed of the input conveyor with the heat-insulating glass unit displacement unit, the mixing and material application head with the two sets of pumps, the auxiliary conveyor and the buffer conveyor – line head.
The configuration can be left-right or right-left, and the maximum working heights are 2,000 or 2,500 mm.

Bender ZLZW03
The bender is intended for the production of closed frames from the usual aluminum and warmedge spacer bars. A set-up page is reserved for each type of spacer rod where all the necessary parameters can be programmed and memorized.
General technical characteristics:
- The bender is equipped with a semi-automatic rod feeding magazine.
- The length of the wand that can be stored is 5 or 6 m.
- The bending machine can automatically feed from the active slot with rods with widths in the range of 4-30 mm automatic joining of successive rods.
- The machine is equipped with a bending head with interchangeable mandrels depending on the width of the spacer rod to be bent.
- Cutting unit with cutting disc with adjustable speed according to the type of baguette to be cut. The profile is pneumatically fixed during the cutting operation.

Silica gel filler ZFGL-02C
General technical characteristics:
- FGL-02C is an automatic single head molecular sieve filling station of closed spacer rod frames with at least one right corner (of 90ᴼ).
- The station performs the simultaneous filling of the two sides that form one of the right corners of the baguette frame.
- The required granularity of the molecular sieve must be in the range of 0.4 – 0.8 mm.
- The sequence of operations is as follows:
- placing the wand frame by the operator in the filling position
- automatic pneumatic fastening of the rod frame
- drilling operation molecular sieve filling operation
- the operation of sealing with butyl plugs the two technical holes made for filling with the sieve
- The three operations are performed in separate workstations, which guarantees a high accuracy of the entire process.
Butyl Extruder DJJ06
Technical characteristics

Sealing table
This type of equipment is indispensable in every production unit. The size of the work table is 1200×1200 mm and is equipped with a support surface that rises in height to allow rotation from 90 to 90 degrees.
Internal water filtration station
This equipment recirculates and filters the water in the washing machine basin, removing all mechanical impurities. It has a pump that pushes the pool water through two successive bag filters (50 µm and 25 µm). It can be installed on any washing machine.
Osmosis station
The performance of the glass washing machine is related to the quality of the washing water. We recommend installing an osmosis station to provide pure water. This equipment is delivered plug and play with only the connection to the supply pipe, the electricity supply and the connection to the water basin of the washing machine required.
